[About our School]

Lord Blyton School is situated on the corner of Wenlock Road and Blyton Avenue.
The buildings date from 1953 but provides a bright and spacious environment for children to work in.

The school has extensive grounds, which are used for games and study purposes.
All classrooms provide a large and attractive working area.

Governing Body


Lord Blyton School Governing Body, consists of parents, members of the local community, teaching staff and representativers of the L.E.A.
The Governing Body is an integral part of the life and running of the school and works with the teachers in a spirit of partnership to promote and ensure the quality of your child's educational experience.

Needless to say the Governing Body excercises considerable authority in decision making wihin the school. Every year the Governing Body produces a report on the work of the school for the previous year, which is presented at the A.G.M. for parents.
