SCIENCE

So far this year in our Science lessons, we have been learning about our Teeth and Healthy Eating, Light and Shadows and our current topic is Magnets and Springs.  We have completed a number of experiments to enhance our learning.  Our topics for the rest of the year are Materials and their uses, Helping Plants Grow and Rocks and Soils.

Our colourful displays help to enhance our learning by containing our learning objectives and key vocabulary, as well as showing off our excellent work!

ART AND TECHNOLOGY

We have had a lot of fun in our Art lessons this year, as well as learning many new techniques.  We looked closely at ourselves and we made collage 'Self' boxes, which we filled with pictures of things and actual objects which represented us and our charcters.  We have also made clay Diva lamps to link in with one of our R.E. topics. We went into one of our new Art rooms to use the messy clay.
